DeFi: Short for Decentralized Finance, it is a system by which financial products become available on a decentralized blockchain network, making them accessible to everyone without intermediaries like banks.
Smart Contract: Self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement directly written into code, allowing for trustless interactions on the blockchain.
Oracle: A third-party service that provides smart contracts with external data, allowing them to execute based on real-world information.
